The "Hell Trail" connects small villages with the characteristic names Piekło and Niebo, which are located south of Końskie. The entire trail passes through two voivodeships: Świętokrzyskie and Łódź and three counties: Skarżysko, Konecki and Opoczno. The route connects the most interesting tourist and natural attractions of 9 communes. Characteristic names and legends associated with individual places determined the main theme of the trail - supernatural powers.

The route includes numerous nature reserves, technical museums and places related to foundry from the period of the Old Polish Industrial District, as well as religious monuments and places of rest and recreation. The trail passes through numerous forest complexes: Suchedniowsko-Oblęgorski Landscape Park, Garb Gielniowski, Wzgórza Opoczyńskie, Wzgórza Łopuszańskie and Płaskowyż Suchedniowski.

The most famous water attraction is the reservoir in Sielpia Wielka, which has been a popular vacation spot among residents of the entire region for years. A less frequented, but equally charming place to relax is the Bliżyński Reservoir created on the Kamienna River. There are also other interesting places on the trail: the Czarna River valley, fish ponds in Ruda Maleniecka, and the Miedzna reservoir on the Węglanka River - an ideal place for fishing. In turn, the picturesque "Górna Krasna" reserve located in the picturesque valley of the Czarna River is a shelter for numerous species of waterfowl.

The forest surroundings of the trail hide many natural and geological curiosities with "hellish" names. In the "Piekło Dalejowskie" reserve, walls, thresholds and cliffs create a rock labyrinth. The "Brama Piekielna" reserve takes its name from the characteristic rock gate created by the forces of nature. In turn, "Skałki Piekło pod Niekłaniem", the oldest reserve in the Konecka region, protects, among others, rock formations resulting from wind erosion, up to 8 m high. The "Piekło Szkuckie" reserve was created to protect Lower Jurassic conglomerates with an interesting structure. There are also picturesque rock formations in the "Piekło Gatniki" reserve. Another unique rock formation on the trail is "Czarci Kamień", a 2.5-meter granite erratic boulder measuring 16 m in circumference. The trail also includes the "Diabla Góra" forest and landscape reserve, a memorial site from the times of the January Uprising and World War II. World.

There are many monuments with interesting history in the area. In Białaczów there is a palace complex from the 18th century, created on the initiative of Stanisław Małachowski - a resident of Konnecza, marshal of the Great Sejm, who contributed to the adoption of the Constitution of May 3. A mill was built on the Wąglanka River in Miedzna Drewniana. In Żarnów it is worth visiting the 11th century stronghold and the church. Saint Nicholas. The historic metallurgical plant in Maleniec is considered the most interesting technical monument in the region from the 19th century. The plant in Maleniec was once famous as a rolling mill, nail shop and spade shop. Currently, it is a fantastic museum with a completely preserved hydrotechnical system and machinery. Equally interesting technical monuments are the Museum of the Old Polish Basin in Sielpia Wielka and Stara Kuźnica, where a wooden water forge has been preserved. Also worth seeing: the manor park and the chapel in Wielka Wola, the monastery complex in Paradyż, the Folk Museum in Adamów and the mill in Kawenczyn.

The trail begins in the town of Piekło, hidden among the forests, near the "Skałka Piekło" natural monument, known for its picturesque rock mushrooms carved by erosion. The last sign of the trail is at the end of Niebo. There is a rest point here with tables, benches and a place for a bonfire. Both the beginning and the end of the trail are marked in accordance with the instructions for marking PTTK tourist trails, i.e. with a white dot with a circle whose color corresponds to the color of the trail (red). Additionally, the beginning and end of the route are indicated by the "Hell Trail" signposts.
