The "Hell Trail" connects small villages with the characteristic names Piekło and Niebo, which are located south of Końskie. The entire trail passes through two voivodeships: Świętokrzyskie and Łódź and three counties: Skarżysko, Konecki and Opoczno. The route connects the most interesting tourist and natural attractions of 9 communes. Characteristic names and legends associated with individual places determined the main theme of the trail - supernatural powers.
The route includes numerous nature reserves, technical museums and places related to foundry from the period of the Old Polish Industrial District, as well as religious monuments and places of rest and recreation. The trail passes through numerous forest complexes: Suchedniowsko-Oblęgorski Landscape Park, Garb Gielniowski, Wzgórza Opoczyńskie, Wzgórza Łopuszańskie and Płaskowyż Suchedniowski.
The most famous water attraction is the reservoir in Sielpia Wielka, which has been a popular vacation spot among residents of the entire region for years. There are also other interesting places on the trail: the Czarna River valley, fish ponds in Ruda Maleniecka, and the Miedzna reservoir on the Węglanka River - an ideal place for fishing. In turn, the picturesque "Górna Krasna" reserve located in the picturesque valley of the Czarna River is a shelter for numerous species of waterfowl.
The forest surroundings of the trail hide many natural and geological curiosities with "hellish" names. In the "Piekło Dalejowskie" reserve, walls, thresholds and cliffs create a rock labyrinth. The "Brama Piekielna" reserve takes its name from the characteristic rock gate created by the forces of nature. The "Piekło Szkuckie" reserve was created to protect Lower Jurassic conglomerates with an interesting structure. There are also picturesque rock formations in the "Piekło Gatniki" reserve. Another unique rock formation on the trail is "Czarci Kamień", a 2.5-meter granite erratic boulder measuring 16 m in circumference. A mill was built on the Wąglanka River in Miedzna Drewniana. In Żarnów it is worth visiting the 11th century stronghold and the church. Saint Nicholas. The historic metallurgical plant in Maleniec is considered the most interesting technical monument in the region from the 19th century.
