From Paradise to Hell (Time for Forest)

A proposal for a walking tour with some of the greatest geological attractions in the Świętokrzyskie Region, combining landscape, geological and natural values. The route leads tourists from the famous Cave Raj to the legendary Skibskie Hell cave, through the picturesque Zelejów Range, where the so-called Chęciny marbles were mined centuries ago. "Zelejów rose". The rocky ridge of the Zelejowski Range, which stretches for several hundred meters, may pose a challenge for less experienced hikers. The effort will certainly be compensated by the views of the surrounding vast panoramas with dominant features such as the castle hill in Chęciny, the surrounding hills and the now closed quarries. In a fragment, the tour route coincides with the Zelejowa Mountain Geotourist Trail running through the Zelejów Range, enriched with several educational boards and a rest area with a shelter and benches.
