According to the message of Jan Długosz, the first church, due to its location, was moved around 1400 to the area at the foot of a small hill. During the Reformation, the church building was used by Calvinists who destroyed the building. The temples were re-consecrated in the 17th century.
Initially, the church consisted of a square nave and a chancel, narrower than it, with a sacristy adjoining it from the north. In the nineteenth century, however, it was decided to extend the church through a slightly narrower annexe. Today, tourists and pilgrims are welcomed by the beautiful in its simplicity shape of the larch, shingled church erected on a stone foundation.
Art historians rave about the harmony of the entire establishment.Inside, in the baroque main altar, you will
find a cult painting of Our Lady of Niekrasowska, probably painted in the 17th or 18th century by an unknown master of the Italian school. The whole complex is complemented by an interesting, also wooden belfry. The rather squat façade is covered with a roof based on a rather richly decorated cornice.
