Devil's Stone (Great Stone)- located on the crest of Klonówka Mountain, is an impressive fragment of Upper Cambrian quartzite sandstone, protected in 1954.
Characteristic tectonic features can be seen on the rock. According to legends, the Devil's Stone is a church turned into stone for the sins of parishioners. Another legend says that the rock was dropped by the devil who was flying to destroy the monastery on the Holy Cross. Unfortunately, a rooster crowed in nearby Mąchocice and the devil dropped a stone on the top of Klonówka Mountain. Apparently, you can still find traces of devil's claws on the rock.
