The temple is made of brick, closed on three sides with a Gothic chancel and a 17th-century nave. A sacristy with a treasury is added to the northern wall of the chancel, and an 18th-century chapel on a central plan is added to the southern wall of the nave.
The facade is topped with a baroque gable. The interior is single-nave, vaulted with a cradle in the nave, and the presbytery is covered with a rib vault. The vault is decorated with 17th-century stucco work in the Kalisz-Lublin type and 18th-century wall paintings (including Charles de Prevot). The equipment includes baroque altars, stalls, a baptismal font, confessionals and pews with paintings.
In 2017, on November 22, the facility was entered on the list of historical monuments by the decision of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda. The applicant was the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Piotr Gliński.
