A wooden church surrounded in the XII century by a developing settlement.
The present object – with its post and beam and log construction – was raised in 1699. The church is oriented, with flat ceilings decorated with late-Baroque paintings, a crucifix inside and Baroque sculptures. The most important element of its appurtenances is a high altar with the late-Baroque figure of Saint Leonard. The church is surrounded by an old cemetery with an ancient tombstone of the Rzewuski family, to which the founder of Busko health- -resort – Feliks – belonged.
