The church in Zborówek consists of two parts: wooden and brick, added at the beginning of the 20th century.

As the inscription on the rood beam informs, the original larch church was erected in 1459. The main altar of the temple is a wooden triptych with a late Gothic sculpture of St. Nicholas from around 1500 in the central niche and two wings of the triptych with painted figures. The creator of the main altar is Wit Stwosz or one of his students.

On the beam there is a gothic crucifix probably from the second half of the 15th century and late gothic sculptures of the Mother of God and St. John from the beginning of the 16th century. In the brick part of the church, on the border with the old church, you can see two side altars: with a historic crucifix from the 16th century and a figure of the Crucified and the Mother of God with Child. Next to the church there is a wooden belfry from the 19th century.
