The reservoir was built in a natural valley, where the Świślina River was fed by the Pokrzywianka River.
Although there is no organized bathing place here, the place attracts fishing enthusiasts, road cyclists and seekers of traces of past life on earth. Anglers can count on a successful catch here. Pike, perch, ropes and roach are caught on the fishing rod. Those who know Wióry very well boast about the successful crucian fishing.
