The Leszek Czarny Monument in Busko-Zdrój

In January 2013, a monument to Leszek the Black, the prince of Krakow, was unveiled, from whom Busko Zdrój received city rights in 1287.

The monument stands almost opposite the Dersław Castle, at the foot of Bycza Góra. The monument is made of bronze, is over 2 meters high and weighs 330 kg. It was designed by Edmund Juszczyk from Nowy Korczyn, and made by Zbigniew Adamczyk.
