The trail runs through a very picturesque area. It shows the natural attractions of the Barania Góra Reserve (ravines) and the Suchedniowsko-Oblęgorski Landscape Park. In good weather, it is worth walking about 1,000 m behind the signs of the red tourist trail to a viewpoint with a panorama (from the left) of the Kołomanskie Hills, the Bobrza valley, the Tumlińskie Hills, Radostowa, Łysica, Kielce and the Dymiński, Posłowicki, Zgórski and Chęciński ranges.

The black hiking trail Oblęgorek - Barania Góra begins at the end of a beautiful linden alley leading to the Henryk Sienkiewicz Museum and leads through the Oblęgorskie Range to the intersection with the red trail Kuźniaki - Gołoszyce. Walking along the linden alley parallel to it, on the left there is an educational path with numerous information boards, a playground and benches. Before entering the museum, this path reaches the black trail and continues along with it. After passing the so-called We walk up the hill along Czerwona Brama along the fence of the park surrounding the manor house. At the entrance to the park, turn left. Following the tree-lined road, passing the forester's lodge buildings on the left, we reach the edge of the forest. We enter the "Barania Góra" reserve and the Oblęgorskie Range. We enter the first of a series of loess gorges, above which there is a tree trunk with a plaque on it - the "Barania Góra" Reserve. The trail leads up, surrounded by beautiful old beech and fir trees. Near the top, the slope becomes steeper, turns right and leads us to the Barania ridge where, after meeting the red Kuźniaki - Gołoszyce trail, it ends.

While hiking the trail, it is worth taking some time to visit the beautiful palace, which houses a number of memorabilia related to the Polish writer Henryk Sienkiewicz. In 1900, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his literary work, Polish society organized a collection for the future Nobel Prize winner to purchase property in Oblęgorek and funded it in gratitude for his work. There has been a museum here since 1958.
