Grodowa mountain (395 m above sea level)

50°58'07"N 20°34'27"E (50.96885, 20.5744)

The hill lies in the Tumlińskie Range and is made of very characteristic red sandstones.

According to legend, on the top of the mountain there was a stronghold where the local people were sheltered during the Tatar invasions in the 13th century. Archaeological works carried out in 1958-60 revealed that the top of the mountain was surrounded by stone and earth embankments from the 7th-8th centuries, most probably covering the pagan center of worship. The peak part of Góra Grodowa is under protection. The reserve called "Stone Circles" covers an area of 12.75 ha and was established in 1994.

On Góra Grodowa there is a brick chapel from the mid-19th century, which replaced the older, wooden one.
