The presbytery in Białaczów probably existed in the first half of the 12th century, soon after it was transformed into a parish. The actual founder of the parish was in the mid-thirteenth century the Krakow bishop Prandota from Białaczów, who also gave it a salary.
The original brick church of st. John the Baptist was built around the mid-thirteenth century by bp. Jan Prandota, who came from Białaczów. According to the documents of the Gniezno court from 1432, the church was old and “existing for a long time.” At the beginning of the 16th century, there was a church of Saint John the Baptist and Saint Stanislaus the Bishop in Białaczów, partly wooden and partly brick.
In the years 1694 - 1696 the entire church was rebuilt, i.e. a much larger brick nave was added. He consecrated the church on August 20, 1932 by bishop. Włodzimierz Jasiński. Originally, the temple was covered with shingles, in 1947 it was covered with a sheet of metal. In 2016, the roof covering over the chancel was changed to an aluminum-zinc sheet. The church is oriented, built on a cross plan, in the Baroque style, brick.
