The historic, underground chapel called "Bethlehem" is located about 5.5 km from the parish church in Goźlice.

The founder of the chapel was the voivode of Sandomierz, Jerzy Ossoliński, and it was built on the model of the chapel in Bethlehem in 1640. The renovation and reconstruction in 1769 was undertaken by Jerzy's descendant, Józef Salezy Ossoliński. The chancellor also brought soil from Palestine to the chapel. In the years 1982-1984, Fr. Jan Gajos rebuilt two houses of "hermits" on the basis of old drawings, and in 2016 the facade, stoup, inscription board and two epitaph plaques were restored.
