A small temple is hidden among the picturesque fields and gentle hills of the Opatów Land.
It is a parish church built in the neo-Romanesque style in the second half of the 20th century. The earlier larch church burned down in 1942. In its place, a chapel was erected, where services were held until the present temple was built. Near the church, there is an obelisk commemorating Józef Mikułowsko-Pomorski, the organizer and first rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, born in Malice Kościelne.
