The main temple in which the life of the Kurzelów parish takes place is the post-collegiate church of St. Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. A little further from the collegiate church, on a small hill on the other side of the road, you will find a small, charming wooden chapel of St. st. Anna.

Its creation is related to the founding in Kurzelów in 1619 of the Literary Brotherhood of St. Anna. The chapel performed its religious functions, and in 1791 a burial cemetery was established around it.

The atmospheric chapel was built of larch wood. Its body consists of a nave and a chancel quite long in relation to the whole. It does not have a porch - on the west side it is preceded by a roof supported on 2 wooden posts.

The chapel has steep, impressive shingled roofs. Note that the higher roof of the nave is not cut off from the roof of the presbytery - one roof flows smoothly into the other, which proves the craftsmanship of the chapel's creators.

Looking up, also note the shingled turret for the turret. It has a prominent base on which a helmet with a lantern is placed.
