The „Włókniarz” Sanatorium in Busko - Zdrój is the largest health resort facility in the Świętokrzyskie region, one of the largest and most modern facilities of this type in the country.

The following diseases are treated in the “Włókniarz” sanatorium: rheumatology, orthopedic and trauma, neurological diseases, some skin diseases (including psoriasis), osteoporosis and vegetative neuroses. For this purpose, various baths in the field of balneotherapy, such as "Queen's Sulfide Bath" in a special barrel with the use of sulphide water from Dobrowoda's own water intake, carbonic, iodine-bromic or mineral baths in healing salt.

You can take advantage of peloidotherapy (wrapping, wraps and mud baths), hydrotherapy (whirlpool baths, pearl baths, hydro massage), kinesitherapy, cryotherapy ("Włókniarz" was the first in Poland to use a cryogenic chamber), phototherapy, electrotherapy and various types of massages. Patients have at their disposal a salt cave, swimming pools with elements for hydro massage and rehabilitation exercises. Treatments are performed with the use of modern and technologically advanced devices and equipment, including: AQUAVIBRON, VACUMED, hydro-jet; rehabilitation equipment, electrotherapy devices, various types of specialized bathtubs and cabins (Arctica cryogenic cabin).
