This largest in the Świętokrzyski Region peatbog reserve of unique wetland vegetation is located in the Daleszycie woods.
Its name is derived from white flowers of the marsh cotton-grass. In the local lingo, the name Białe Ługi means white meadows. The 3-meter-deep peatbog areas are overgrown with dwarf Siberian pine and birch, as well as with cranberry, bog rosemary, common sundew, and other plant species. Wildlife also flourishes here, represented by the rare black stork. River Czarna Staszowska, one of the purest rivers in the region, is born in the Białe Ługi nature reserve.
