Zgórskie mountains

The Zgórskie Range is located in the Kielce-Chęciński Landscape Park.

The highest elevation of the Zgórski Range is Patrol Mountain (388 m above sea level), referred to as the "vestibule of hell" due to its characteristic steep ascents.

The range runs from the west, from the vicinity of the village of Rykoszyn, to the east to the Bobrza gorge in the suburbs of Kielce. They are mainly covered with mixed forests, oak-hornbeam forests and beech forests. Other known peaks included in the range are Góra Plebańska (342 m above sea level), Zielona (372 m above sea level) or Trupień (360 m above sea level).
