Documentation site "Rock exposures on Góra Słoneczna" are exposures of Devonian rocks with the remains of opencast excavations after limestone extraction on Góra Słoneczna (common name of the hill: Psie Górki). The facility, with an area of 3.1137 ha, is located in the southern part of Kielce - within the Kadzielnia Range, between Kadzielnia and Wietrznia.
The northern slope of Góra Słoneczna - outside the boundaries of the documentation site - is directly adjacent to the urbanized space of the city and is traditionally used for recreation, especially in winter the slope is intensively used by tobogganers.
