If you find it hard to believe that the vicinity of Bałtów was an area where dinosaurs walked, you must visit the Jewish Jar.
In this small ravine, perfectly visible footprints of these prehistoric creatures have been preserved. Here you will see traces of a Dryosaurus, which was most likely a herd animal. His peace was probably disturbed by a predatory dwarf cousin of Allosaurus, which also left its mark here. You will find another trail at the mouth of the ravine itself.
It was left by one of the celurosaurs that, according to modern science, gave rise to birds. A walk around the Jewish Jar is an excellent lesson in palaeontology and a perfect complement to the knowledge gained in JuraPark. It is also a place where we can count on contact with nature and a moment of respite - especially valuable after an eventful visit to the Bałtów Tourist Complex.
