Czubatka is located right next to the Kielce - Małogoszcz road, a few hundred meters north of the bridge over the Łośna river.
You can also reach the summit along the blue tourist trail. Stanisława Konarski Jedlnica - Żarczyce or the green marked geological path Karczówka - Chęciny.
The ridge of the mountain has the character of a narrow perch passing in places into a rock ridge with cliffs several meters high. It is covered with forest, but the trees reach a small height due to the thin layer of soil. For this reason, an interesting robe of rock vegetation has developed here.
Thermophilous species grow on sunny rocks, e.g. rock garlic, sea sedge, common perforation, cotoneaster or barberry. The top of Mount Czubatka was protected by creating a monument of inanimate nature.
A fragment of a rock outcrop of Jurassic limestones, 50 m long, is under protection, within which there are two small caves in the form of rock wells. Hiking along the ridge can be especially dangerous in winter and when it's raining. The crossing of Czubatka itself provides a lot of emotions and it is not without reason that the mountain is called the Świętokrzyskie Pieniny.
