Pine tree on stilts - In the village of Wełecz, near Busko-Zdrój, there is an almost 100-year-old Scots pine with an aboveground root system.

Since 2002, this remarkable tree has been officially recognized as a natural monument. Pine stands at the National Memorial Site - it was heren that over 200 Poles were shot during World War II.
