The monument features a quote from Juliusz Słowacki (born on 4 September 1809 in Krzemieniec, died on 3 April 1849 in Paris) of the poet, representative of Romanticism, playwright and epistolograph. Apart from Mickiewicz and Krasiński, who is referred to as one of the National Prophets.
