The monument stands in Kadzielnia, on the colloquially known as the "scout hill".

This large monument resembles the monument from Westerplatte, and was erected in 1979. It was almost 13 meters high and contained inscriptions; "Fighters for national and social liberation" and behind; "It was the duty to fight, the right to live in peace." Currently, he is stripped of all inscriptions and emblems.
