The Henryk Sienkiewicz Monument is located on the extension of ul. Sienkiewicza, at Moniuszko Square.
It was officially unveiled on June 25, 2010, and the ceremony was attended by numerous people from Kielce, representatives of the authorities and members of the writer's family. On the monument, the author of which is professor Gustaw Zemła, there are inscriptions: "Qvo vadis" and "We are all brothers" - a quote from H. Sienkiewicz's novel "With Fire and Sword". In November 2010, an additional inscription was placed on the northern side of the monument: "Henryk Sienkiewicz of Kielce".
