A small town, which, as Jan Długosz wrote, in the mid-15th century belonged to Złotkowski, the Szarża coat of arms, and had a wooden parish church.
On the site of the fallen church, priest Aleksander Denhoff, abbot of Jędrzejów, erected a new brick church under the invocation of Jędrzejów in 1666. All the saints. The church was consecrated by the Archbishop of Gniezno, Adam Komorowski, on November 16, 1749. In the main altar, there is Our Lady of Graces (holding grottoes in her hands) and All Saints, st. Benedict.
