Several black connectors depart from the main yellow bicycle trail around the Strawczyn commune. One of them is particularly demanding - it leads along a fairly steep mountain slope. Is it worth the effort to see what's on the other end of the connector?
Definitely yes, and if you run out of strength - you can always lead a bike or organize a separate walking or car trip to this place.
On the slope of Góra Siniewska (449 m above sea level) there is one of the most interesting and best organized vantage points in the Świętokrzyskie region.
Its center is a terrace rising 6 meters above the mountainside. Thanks to the elevator, the viewpoint can also be used by people with disabilities. If you want to know more about the places visible in the distance, use the multimedia board.
From the top there is a view of Padół Strawczyński, Kielce and Małogoszcz. In good weather, you can even see the towers of the royal castle in Chęciny.
Around the viewpoint you will find everything you need to relax. The youngest will certainly appreciate the educational playground. Modern instruments even encourage young explorers to perform experiments on their own, the leitmotiv of which is wind, air and sound.
Comfortable benches and a place for a barbecue encourage you to take a longer break. An important logistical information for hikers is that at the viewpoint you will find a toilet with running water.
