What does the granary look like? Usually, it is a modest, devoid of major decorations farm building, where cereal grains are stored. The granary is certainly not associated with a building that resembles a palace or a castle. Are you sure?

The romantic building in Kluczewsko breaks this stereotype. This extremely interesting, two-story building is more like a palace from a romantic novel than an ordinary outbuilding.

Your attention will certainly be drawn to whitewashed walls decorated with niches and ogival windows. The eastern corners are crowned with two picturesque towers covered with domed, shingle roofs with onion-shaped lanterns. The only thing that could reveal the original purpose of the building is the gate on the south side.

The 19th-century granary is unfortunately one of the few elements that has been preserved in the palace and park complex in Kluczewsko.
