Picturesquely integrated into the valley of the Koprzywianka river, the reservoir is a quiet and peaceful place ideal for walkers and anglers.
There is no swimming pool on this reservoir, so even in the season you will not meet sunbathers, which is additionally conducive to relaxing in the bosom of nature.
In the reservoir with an area of over 50 hectares, among others, carp, pike, crucian carp, tench and perch swim.
Near the reservoir in Szymanowice itself, you will find a monument dedicated to the memory of the victims of World War II - six people arrested and killed in 1943 and the names of the victims of the pacification of the village in August 1944.
